- 1 Box Betty Crocker gluten-free yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 3 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan.
Mash 2 ripe bananas in a small bowl with a potato masher. Add milk and cinnamon and stir to combine.
Cream butter and eggs together in mixing bowl. Add banana mixture.
Add entire box of cake mix. Mix well.
Add chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Pour batter into prepared greased loaf pan. Bake 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
